Whisper Ridge Estates is served by School District #22. Approximately 10,400 students from the communities of Vernon, Coldstream, Lavington, Lumby and Cherryville, as well as the surrounding areas.

The Vernon School District #22 offers:

• Regular programs from kindergarten to Grade 12 in 15 elementary schools and 5 secondary schools
• Full French immersion from kindergarten to grade twelve
• Three alternative programs for secondary school-aged students, located in Vernon, Lumby and on Westside Road at Six-Mile
• A variety of career preparation programs
• A complete range of services for special needs students
